After a cold and wet winter in Charlotte, we have seen near record demand for screen porches and outdoor fireplaces at Archadeck of Charlotte. We are on the front end of the economy and truly are a “want” as opposed to a “need”. Given the amount of inquiries and sales we are seeing in March 2010 for both screen porches and outdoor fireplaces, it sure seems as though the economy may be beginning to thaw.
